Returns & Credits

We hope and expect that you will be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not completely happy please return your purchases within 30 days of delivery, in unused condition and complete with packaging. Regrettably we are unable to exchange goods unless they are returned in unused condition and in their original packaging. Returns and goods ordered in error will be subject to a handling change of 10% if not returned within 30 days of invoice date. A returns number must be obtained from our Customer Services department before returning goods to either of our warehouses. All breakages and discrepancies must be notified in writing to Customer Services, Chomette Dornberger, 307 Merton Road, London, SW18 5JS or by email (as above) within seven days of receipt of goods with full details of defective items, otherwise no claims can be entertained. Claims for items not ordered in pack quantity broken in transit will be rejected.

Order Acknowledgement & Acceptance

When you place an order online we will automatically send you an order confirmation email. Our acceptance of your order is not complete until we have picked the products for dispatch and sent you a dispatch confirmation email. If for any reason we are not able to complete your order we will also contact you be email and any payment made for the order will be refunded in full.

Order Cancellation

Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order with seven days of receiving your delivery.
